Structural Insulation

Whether building your dream home, an extension on you existing home or a whole new housing estate or new warehousing, Thermo-Foil®ES and Eco-Brite® are specifically developed to enhance the U-value of ceiling, wall and floor insulation. In combination with fibre insulation, they can provide the most cost-efficient insulating method to meets the requirements of current Building Regulations. They have BBA Approval and have been designed and tested to last the lifetime of a house or structure, in the UK that is 60 years.

Thermo-Foil® ES, with its high tear resistance is made for site installation in domestic, large commercial and industrial buildings. The system can be conveniently installed on-site prior to fixing the plasterboard or other cladding materials.

Eco-Brite® can be used in sustainable home designs and other small buildings, the system can be conveniently installed on-site prior to fixing the plasterboard or in off-site, factory made timber or steel frame pre-fabricated structures.  Both liners will reduce the heat flow through a wall by 45%. And will save 12.33kg of CO2 per year per square meter.

Apollo HPA (High Performance Acrylic) Adhesive Tape is used to seal the joins between adjacent sheets, of the liners. It is also used to seal off these products around stud-work, door or window frames. So without having to using a variety of mastics or other tapes the structure can be effectively sealed preventing air infiltration and ensuring the building meets its mandatory air pressure test.

Thermo-Foil® P is a heat reflecting membrane that holds the same reflectivity properties as Thermo-Foil® ES, but has micro perforations for breathability.

InsuFlect™ creates a heat reflecting, puncture resistant and 100% waterproof surface to a variety of Polyurethane, Polyisocinate, Polyisocinate and Polystyrene Foam insulation boards. It is a composite sheet material comprising a 12.5 micron aluminium foil having a unique non-tarnish finish that is guaranteed to stay-bight for the life-time of the building.

Radflek is a radiator reflector that is made from Eco-Brite® and is designed to be used in both the consumer and the professional markets.  Radflek can be installed by “Anybody” without requiring any DIY skills. The product has been tested by the British Board of Agrement (BBA) a body authorised by Government to issue European technical approvals and the Building Research Establishment (BRE). Every square metre of Radflek saves up to 23Kg of CO2 per annum on an uninsulated wall and 12.33 Kg  of CO2 per annum on an insulated wall.

Radflek is approved for use in the Government’s Carbon Emission Reduction Target (CERT) scheme administered by Ofgem.
