Installing a Heat Reflecting Membrane or a Risk Management System to control internal environments will substantially  reduce a building’s energy requirement in three ways:
Radiant heat passing through roof, ceiling, wall and floor structures will be blocked.
Air leakage and infiltration through the building’s envelope is virtually eliminated.
The building’s other insulation layers will remain dry as the system acts as an excellent vapour barrier.
